While we strive to ensure listing accuracy, KootHaven makes no warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, or currency of listing information. Users should independently verify all property details with the listing agent or brokerage before making any real estate decisions.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: submit false or misleading listings or reviews, use the platform for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, scrape or harvest data without permission, or violate any applicable laws or regulations.

6. Testimonials and Reviews

By submitting a testimonial, you grant KootHaven a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to publish and display your review. You confirm that your review is based on genuine experience and does not contain false or defamatory statements.

7. Limitation of Liability

KootHaven shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to KootHaven in the preceding 12 months.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
